We offer a 14-day return period, during which customers may return their parcel without providing a reason. The 14-day period begins from the moment the order is delivered. The return must be sent back within this timeframe.

All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
For products purchased during a sale, we do not offer refunds. These items may be exchanged for another product from our collection or for a gift card.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
